This is a course designed for expectant parents seeking non-medicated options for childbirth. Mom and coach will learn breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and comfort measures such as massage, birthing balls and more. Participants will be able to practice the techniques that they have learned.
Class fee includes you and support person.
