This course is a series that meets once a week for two consecutive weeks. The class covers information about pregnancy, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing, medications, epidurals, & c-sections.  (This course does not include information on breastfeeding or new parent postpartum topics.)

The course fee includes you and your support person. Please bring two pillows.
