Join CHI Health Heart Institute for an offering of several free screenings and low-cost lab panels. Dietitians will be on-site to answer questions about general and cardiac-related nutrition. Our stroke coordinator will also be available to provide education and perform a personalized stroke risk assessment.

PLEASE NOTE: You will register for a 1 hour time slot. Please arrive at the beginning of that time slot. Upon your arrival at the heart fair, you will be given a number for the order in which you will be seen. 

*Please fast for 12 hours before your lab panel for most accurate results. 

Free screenings include:

• Cardiovascular risk assessment
• Blood pressure check
• Sleep apnea risk assessment
• Lung function (spirometry) assessment
• Depression assessment
• Stroke risk assessment

Screenings with a cost include:

• Atrial Fibrillation Screening: Rhythm Strip - $20
• Basic Lab Panel - $20 (must have basic lab panel before choosing add on labs)
• Thyroid Screen - $10
• PSA - $15
• Vitamin D - $20
• Diabetes Screen - $10
• C-Reactive Protein - $25
