Prepared Childbirth Saturday - Lakeside

This class is a condensed version of our Series class and it meets one time. It covers information about the stages of labor, medications, epidurals, c-sections, and what to expect with your newborn. This class has limited time to cover breathing and relaxation techniques. Breastfeeding information is not provided so you may consider registering for a breastfeeding course. A tour of the Maternity Center is included.
