Prepared Childbirth Saturday

This class is a condensed version of our Series class and it meets one time via Zoom. It covers information about the stages of labor, medications, epidurals, c-sections, and what to expect with your newborn. This class has limited time to cover breathing and relaxation techniques. Breastfeeding information is not provided so you may consider registering for a breastfeeding course. A tour of the Maternity Center is included.

Class fee includes you and support person.

This course will be virtual via Zoom. The instructor will email you prior to the class start date with instructions and materials.
