This course is a one-time hour and a half lesson on the basics of breastfeeding a new baby. Learn what to expect right after delivery, recommendations, benefits to you and your baby. How your body changes, overcoming short-term challenges, as well as different holds and how to latch are all discussed. Support people encouraged to attend.
