This course is a series of three online self-paced classes.

• The Labor & Birth class helps you understand the process of labor and birth and to answer questions about the birth of your child.
• The Breastfeeding Basics class teaches you the skill of how to successfully breastfeed your new baby.
• The Postpartum Care class guides you to care for your own physical and emotional health in the 12 weeks after giving birth.

Once registered, our Childbirth Education Coordinator will contact you with your unique link and access code.  Registration for this series includes all three classes and can be accessed for 365 days from the date you create your account and is taken at your own pace.
