This course is a series of five online self-paced classes.

• The Labor & Birth class helps you understand the process of labor and birth and to answer questions about the birth of your child.
• The Breastfeeding Basics class teaches you the skill of how to successfully breastfeed your new baby.
• The Postpartum Care class guides you to care for your own physical and emotional health in the 12 weeks after giving birth. 
• The Baby Care class covers essential information about understanding and caring for your new baby at home.
• The Baby Safety class teaches you how to keep your baby safe inside, outside, in the car, & almost everywhere else.

Once registered, our Childbirth Education Coordinator will contact you with your unique link and access code. Registration for this series includes all five classes and can be accessed for 365 days from the date you create your account and is taken at your own pace.

In registering for this course you will gain access to an in-person event which includes a short presentation by a local pediatrician & with a Q & A session, hands-on infant CPR practice, & a family birth center tour.
